Subscriptions, Trial & Top-ups

Dancarly has two plans and a free trial. Here's what each includes and how to manage your subscription.

The pricing page with the Basic and Pro plans

Plans & trial

  • Basic — the core tools: inventory, sales journal, finance, goals and price-drop alerts.
  • Pro — everything in Basic plus AI Photo Valuation, advanced Insights and the 30-day Profit Forecast.
  • Both start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required, but cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Upgrade or downgrade

Change plans anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Upgrading to Pro unlocks the AI and forecast features immediately; downgrades take effect from your next billing period.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling during the trial means no charge at all.

Tip

Top-up credits are non-refundable, but they never expire — see the Refund Policy and Terms.
