Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how payments work for Dancarly ("the Service"), provided by Danca Richardo Emanuel, a self-employed sole trader trading as Dancarly in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). In short: we operate a strict no-refunds policy, which is exactly why we give you a free trial to decide before you pay.

1. Free trial before you are charged

Every subscription begins with a 3-day free trial. This gives you time to use the Service and decide whether it's right for you before any payment is taken. A payment card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any point during the trial from Settings → Subscription and you will not be billed.

2. Subscriptions are non-refundable

Once a subscription payment has been taken, it is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or for periods where you did not use the Service. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, and to both the Basic and Pro tiers.

3. Top-up credits are non-refundable

Any one-time top-up credits (for example, additional AI valuation credits) are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not they have been used.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. After that date your plan ends. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a paid period — you simply keep access until it runs out.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under UK consumer law that cannot be waived or excluded. Where the law gives you a right that we cannot lawfully remove, that right continues to apply regardless of the terms above. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will look into it.
